Metalex Aluminium Industries Dies Facility engaged in manufacturing own in-house Aluminium Extrusion Dies demand for past several years. Experience coupled with expertise gives us the edge in the design process. All our dies are designed utilizing the latest computer aided design software. Our designs are based on years of accumulated experience as well as feedback from our clients. We listen to our clients and combined our shared knowledge and experience to achieve the best design. Metalex Aluminium Industries had applied the latest CNC Technology for dies manufacturing.
Our production equipment includes CNC Milling Machines, Conventional Milling Machines, EDM Machines, EDM Wirecut, EDM Drilling, Radial Drilling, etc. Ittehad Aluminium Industries applied imported Die Steel. Proper Heat Treatment is critical to the initial success and extended life of Extrusion Dies.
We have complete in-house Heat Treatment facility that enables us to supply dies in short lead time.
